Throwback: 24/7/2020 Solo Yolo Nite Out

Finally, I have the urge to upload the photos of my solo yolo night out last Friday.

I was supposed to have dinner with Loong but it was raining like crazy and we worried that his place may get flooded again. So it's better to stay at home and not take the risk.

HOWEVER, I was so stressed out with work and I decided to go to Suria Sabah alone. It's been a while since I last window shopped alone.

I arrived early at 6.30pm. Walked a while and went to Upperstar for dinner. Food is just so-so. Upperstar food quality is getting erm... not really improving actually.

Then, I bought nothing but just 2 Gundam display mini racks from Daiso.

9.00pm, I left for home. Rain has stopped.

That's it. The end of the night out. 😑👍

Early 32nd Birthday for Loong

Loong's birthday for this year falls on a Monday. I couldn't take leave on that day so we decided to celebrate 1 day in advance. 😅

I have booked a RM99.00 for 2 pax steamboat package at Al Fresco, The Magellan Sutera Resort. Sounds French but we're actually having Asian steamboat. AHAHA 🤣🤣

Not only that, forget about enjoying sunset while sipping wine or whatever because it rained so heavily. 😒😒

Anyway, it was fun! It was supposed to be me the one who does the cooking because it's Loong's birthday but I ate so slow that he has to do 90% of the cooking. Oops! 😅😅

We ate so full, man. The celebration ended with present opening and presenting a tiny piece of "American Chocolate" cake from Mr Bread for Loong. And... I forgot to take out the price tag of the cake. Erm... Hahaha 😅😁

Nasi Lemak Roasted Pork

On 11/7/2020, Loong brought me to try out KK's super famous nasi lemak cha sau & sau nyuk at Inanam Capital. So tasty and crispy! Seriously, after lockdown at home for 3 months, everything that you eat from outside is so delicious. LOL.

Anyway, Loong paid for it and I forgot to ask how much it was. Maybe it's around RM10 or more. I should find out the price in future. It's quite pricey but it's alright. Once in a while spend a little bit more on food, to reward ourselves for working so hard to survive the pandemic. Ahaha. I only knew now that people have to go there early to get to eat the nasi lemak. It will probably sold out before noon.

1st Dinner & Night Out after MCO!

Finally, tonight I went out to dinner with my BF, Loong! 1st dinner together since 18th March. LOL. I forgot to take any pic during the entire night though. Whut...

I suggested we go to eat dumplings (wo dieh), chow kuey teow, grill sotong & grill ikan pari at Hilltop. Hmm. Quality dropped. Doesn't taste like how they used to be. The last time we ate here was last year.

Anyway, thanks to my beloved BF for the dinner treat + tapau dumplings for my parents! 😋💟

After that, we went to walk around City Mall before heading home.

Shops are either closed early or closed down for good.

Quite a sad situation. Very down atmosphere.
