30/4: 1 Day Before Wedding Day

Here comes eve!! Last minute preparation to get our house ready for our nighbours, photographer, videographer, makeup artist & Loong to come. 

Things we did:

1. Mom & Dad hang red clothe on the door.

2. Collect cake & cupcakes with Loong.

3. Clean house, rearrange furniture & decorate.

4. Decorate cupcakes.

5. Mom did the brush hair ceremony & we ate Tong Yun.

Finally, going to bed at 12am. MUA will be coming at 6am later.

25/4: 6 Days Before Wedding Day

Today me & Loong went around delivering our beautiful wedding gift box (li piang) to our colleagues & friends. Phew! What a day! Thanks to some colleagues & friends gave us angpao. Really didn't expect that.

Custom ordered from Petit Four Petiserrie, Tg Aru. Some of our colleagues & even my mum says it's so beautiful. ♥️🍪🧁🧧

24/4: 7 Days Before Wedding Day

Done my nails today at Deleona Art's, Suria Inanam again. RM48 only. Way cheaper than those more famous nail studios.

Tried my dress again for a better view. Hehe... Thanks Mom for helping me to take photos.

22/4: 9 Days Before Wedding Day

Finally I got my wedding dress!!

Thanks to Grace Tailor, although the mistakes that they made but the end result is beautiful. I love the dress. So basically my total cost is estimate RM60 for fabric & labour charge is RM190. Its the same price as buying or renting a gown. I can rent but I cant find simple gowns available for rent. Mostly the designs are poofy dresses and too many laces. It's really hard to find a minimalistic design.

Then I went toLoong's house and he bought dinner at Sushi King ITCC. Very, very full. Thank you veli muchi!

21/4: 10 Days Before Wedding Day

Here are some photos of Chris' birthday celebration tonight. Bought her a slice of cake and packed a goodies bag for her. Hope she likes it. Finally, me, Kay & Chris able to have a good meal together after a year.

Today I've bought some presents for Chris' birthday celebration tomorrow night. I'm gonna buy her a small cake from Moritaste (a new bakery near my office) tomorrow too. 

19/4: 12 Days Before Wedding Day

Today is Chris' birthday. Surprisingly, Kay asked me out to join her & Chris for dinner on 21/4 at Shoney's after work. I'm happy to join! It's been more than a year since we last met. I'm planning to treat them dinner.

My fave past-time has always being alone in my room. I'm good at being an introvert.

18/4: 13 Days Before Wedding Day

Yeah I finally got my long service award certificate! I have to crop the photo for privacy of other people. Anyway, I thought the certificate would be a better quality than just a piece of yellow paper. Which is a bit disappointing after working for 10 years. Nothing that I can proudly display of. Btw, I came in with the same bob hair 10 years ago. LOL.

Oh, and my pot arrived! How cute! Didn't expect it to be so tiny. Ahaha...

16/4: 15 Days Before Wedding Day

Today I'm totally pissed off. The tialor whatsapp me. The dress looks nothing like the photo samples I gave her. I said to her staff I want a 2-piece dress. Not a 1-piece dress. The reason she gave is she was not told by her staff that it is a 2-piece, and she sees the photo and ASSUME it is a 1-piece dress. Well you don't assume. You need to ask your client when you weren't sure

The strap looks nothing like the photo too. The skirt is so narrow. In the photo, the skirt is BIG. I'm a bit worried as I'm still dress-less now. I asked her to separate it and she says the top will be shortened. What to do. Just help me to get it done.

17/4: 14 Days Before Wedding Day

Oh my gosh I forgot to post a photo again on 15/4. So me & Long went to Imago bought some final pre-wedding shopping using Parkson vouchers that we collected.

Ate lunch at Pizza Hut. Tried their Ramadan special, curry meat pizza. Nice. Not bad...

And then, i thought the tailor said I can collect my custom-made wedding dress. Turns out she wasn't able to finish it on time. So she ask me to collect tomorrow. Initially her staff told me estimated 2 weeks time to sew it. But I've waited for a month and still not finished. I'm not asking for special design. It's just a white top & white skirt. Just like this photo from Say Yes To The Dress tv show. Alright.. then I gave her time until tomorrow.

15/4: 16 Days Before Wedding Day

Today is Guo Da Li! Loong's mom first time visited our home. Here's our pics. 😄

I went to Loong's house today, settling the photo album photo's stuffs... Then we went to May Flower Restaurant to book our wedding dinner... Went to Ramadan Bazaar at Asia City... And lastly, went to book our wedding cake at Borneo Bun. So that explains why I'm lazy today and don't feel like dressing up. Haha...
