Valentino, a brand known for its sophisticated lace & embroidery works, presented its latest Haute Couture A/W 2013 Collection recently. Unlike its previous themes which mostly related to the details of the Italian culture, this time it has gone further with a mixture of multicultural details on every piece it presents.

Theme: Wunderkammer (A term in the 17th & 18th century tradition where aristocratic collectors would display exotic specimens of the nature, e.g. corals, shells, sea creatures, archeological oddities)

Hot Details:
* Touches of multicultural details (Ancient Roman, Russian & Chinese)
* Long sleeves, high collared & slim maxi
* Floor-length cape
* Herringbone pencil-skirt with matching coat & lace blouse (suitable for day wear)
