The long awaited moment for Anwar Ibrahim. After 24 years of hardship, he became Malaysia's 10th Prime Minister on 24th November 2022!!

Congratulations! I hope with his appointment as the PM, he will be able to give Malaysia a fresh new future. The burdern of the rakyat is on his shoulder now. May God bless him with wisdom to save our country from going down under.

The reason I didn't post GE15 result yesterday is because, up until now, there's a hung parliment. Means that no party got the majority and now parties have to negotiate among themselves to form allegiance to achieve at least 112 seats out of 222 seats.

See the poll here and it's SO OBVIOUS the rakyat prefers who to rule the country!! Now the losers are teaming up to combine their seats to be the govt. This is SO unfair!! Everyone is is questioning what's the use of GE15 which eventually everything will be back to square. But what else can we do. The law says they are allowed to form such alliance after the voting ends. PH did the same in 2018.

Anyway, we'll wait for the so-called eligible party to present their thing to Agong at 2pm. But you don't need to guess who will be the govt cos you know it will be them again. 

.......... Speechless ...... Waste of time, money & resources to held election.....

GE15 - Voting Again!

Today is election day again! This is the 3rd time I've voted since 2018. So many dramas in our country. As usual, I arrived at SMK Perempuan at 9am something. Not much people. I came out quite fast!

Then, fetch Mom to vote at Institut Sinaran. The crowd was HUGE. Mom's queue is on the senior citizen's Saluran. So the queue is sooooooo slow.... I've waiting more than half an hour for her to finish her vote. After that, we went to CKS to buy grocer and went home.

So now.. 10.15pm... me & Dad is watching live streaming to wait for the results. Definitely will only get the result after midnight, or worse come to worse like in 2018, got the result at 2am. Hahaha...

Will update this post again tomorrow... May God give us a new Malaysia tomorrow. Amen... 🙏🏻🇲🇾

Today Christine brought me & Karen to this fish noodle restaurant to try out their menu. It's Kah Hiong Fish Noodle at Kepayan. We ate a lot. Tried a lot of dishes. 😅 Thanks Chris for treating us! And thanks to Kay for the infinity (i thought it was 88 😆) earrings! ✨✨ Really appreciate it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Miserable Birthday Eve

Yup. That's what I'm feeling right now. Not because Loong is unwell. But because I can't do anything to help him recover fast. It's beyond my control to take care of him in this house. I feel like everything that I bought for him to eat or drink might be best just throw into the dustbin. Wasted my time, energy, lunch skipping, money, effort. Mother doesn't let him eat or drink whatever things I bought. Not the coconut (luckily I bought 1 only, just in case, you know...), watermelon, asked my Mommy to help buy RM13 cost of chinese herbal medicine for Covid, oranges & lemons. Oh, oranges & lemons are the only thing allowed. Others? Oh they make cough worse. Ok... Fine. Maybe each person, each family's way of dealing with Covid is different. Perhaps doing nothing, eating nothing will cure Covid. I really don't want to talk about this on my blog, who knows someone really read it & tell Mother how bad am I as daughter-in-law complaining from behind. I just want to have my own voice in my blog. I'm alone without my parents by my side. I tried to do my best to take care of my husband which I absolutely, completely, totally failed now. So I surrender now, let him or his Mother decide. I'm just an outsider, I know my position & have no right to give the "wrong" food to her son to consume. His Mother knows him best. While I just knew him for 7 years. So I, hereby surrender, I did what I can, I'm heartbroken, & I'm sorry for making him unable to recover, I'm gonna leave all to his Mother. Get well soon Loong... Love you always.

To reward myself for working hard for my family on both sides & career, I painted myself Barbie-coloured nails.

Loong Got Covid 😢

Loong is tested positive today. Having fever & sore throat. 😷 This is the 1st time he got Covid. I tried to do the best that I can to take care of him. Thank God there is Mother to cook for him. I bought some oranges & lemon for making juices. Hope he get well soon. Meanwhile, Mother prepared tilam for me to sleep in the living room. Thanks Mother! Get well soon Loong.... May God give you a speedy recovery.

Paintball is Literally "Painball" 😂

Today my colleague Jackie organised paintball as our company's SRC event. Omgosh let me tell you, the pain is no joke. My hands got shot exactly on my thumb joint & the blood veins on my backhand. I was the 1st player to surrender after just 3mins (i think, everything was moving so fast during the game) into the game. Loong was the MVP. No bulletproof vest, didn't got shot at all on his body except for his face. Someone shot his helmet. All my colleagues & their children played very well to stay until bullets ran off. The fee was RM300, each person has 200 bullets. So you have to finish the bullets so that it's worth your money. Well, it's definitely a great experience, although tiring (feeling dizzy while walking out of the battlefield to surrender), but also definitely this is the 1st & last time. I don't understand why go through pain to play the game. Most of my colleagues suffered terrible bruises. Here are some photos as a memory. Of course I want to prove my injuries too. Hahaha..

3 Months, 19 Days After I Got Married - I'm Finally Back After A Looooong Hiatus!!

 Holla!!! OMG I finally have time to reappear again in this blog. Exactly 3 months & 19 days after I disappeared from radar, trying to adapt into a new family's home, doing what a wife should do, taking care of Loong (erm, he takes care of me more cos I'm living with his family 😆). Well, so far so good with MIL & DIL. Not as bad as I thought married life would be, especially living with MIL. Except that I didn't expect that Mom & Dad would still being so hard of letting me go/move out not living with them. Mom needs to chat with me every night while Dad always ask when will I be coming back to spent some nights. I've been coming back home to sleep once or twice per week, mostly on Thurs to Sat afternoon.

Ok enough of reporting. Haha.. Here's some of my pre wedding photos. Will be uploading some of my actual wedding day photos soon (when I'm free 😆).
