15th Day of Chinese "Niu" Year

15th bored CNY days has past. No lion dances. No open houses. Nothing.

But who cares. As long as we have our families & friends who are still here with us, strong & healthy, all those events doesn't matter. Thank God we made it through another CNY! Yeah!

8th Day of Chinese "Niu" Year

Finally got to go out today for dinner. MCO ended yesterday. Now it's back to CMCO.

We went to eat japanese food at Azuma Sushi @ City Mall. Then we went to have window shopping at CCK Local supermarket. Lots of interesting imported goods but I've bought nothing. Haha. Tonight is to celebrate our 5th year Anniversary together, CNY, Valentine's Day & increment day all at once. 😆

Thank God we still have increment in the midst of the pandemic.

Anyway, no Valentine's Day dinner for this year due to Covid. Probably will postpone it until don't know when.

Nothing special today. Just had dinner at Loong's house with his family. And played Mario game on Loongvs new Nintendo Switch. Haha. That was fun although my gaming skills is level -100.

Tonight me & Mom prepared Lo Sang. This is the 1st time we made it. Just because I had bought a pack of jellyfish & not knowing what to do with it. Haha. The jellyfish is hard to munch on. 🙄 But still delicious. Thanks to Mom for preparing her special soy sauce + lime + forgotten what did she put in already. 😅

Chinese New Year Eve 🐂🧧🟠🧨🏮

This year's CNY will be very different. New norm with strict SOP. Simple celebration with no guest and no invitations received.

Mom cooked less but yet maintained the tradition by cooking traditional CNY dishes. She cooked chicken legs + mushrooms + abalone, steam fish, & chicken + melon soup. I didn't take photos of it. 😅

May the year of Ox 🐂 brings us a new beginning. May God bless us all with good health, prosperity, great career opportunities, & longevity. Amen!

Save My Crazy Barbie Hair

Last Saturday, I did something on my new DIY project series. BARBIE PROJECT. I still have few. Barbie related DIY yet to be post because I'm still compiling them/not completed yet.

Here my one & only beloved special edition ☘️Irish Barbie🍀 that grows up with me. Dad bought her somewhere around 1994 or 1995. Yeah, she's old. But forever that same face. 😆

I played with her hair like crazy until it became crazily tangled. So, I decided to give her a makeover and save her poor hair. I was too lazy to shampoo her hair. I took tiny sections to comb & straightened it with hair straightener bit by bit. It took forever... But I like the silky hair end result! Her hair is back to it's glory. 😆

By the way, I realised that unconsciously, I really have a thing for redheads with match green outfits. MOST of my fave movie/cartoon characters are redheads with green outfits!! Sailor Jupitor, Sam from Totaly Spice, Tauriel... 😁♥️☘️
